10Reps Affiliate Program – Terms of Service (TOS)
Effective Date: 19/04/2025
1. Commission Structure
- Commissions are based on the product value only (excluding shipping, VAT, and other fees).
- Cookie duration: 14 days. If a customer purchases within 14 days of clicking your affiliate link, you earn commission.
- Commissions are only awarded after the 14-day period has passed and the product is not returned.
2. Payouts
- Minimum payout amount is £20.
- Payouts are available on request, once the 14-day return window has cleared.
- Payout methods include PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
3. Promotion Rules
- Affiliates may not:
- Engage in spam emailing, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices.
- Bid on 10Reps brand keywords in paid search ads.
- Make false or exaggerated product claims.
- Affiliates can promote any products on 10Reps.co.uk.
- Social media promotions are encouraged.
4. Brand Guidelines
- Affiliates may use official 10Reps logos and promotional materials.
- Affiliates may create their own promotional materials, but must:
- Maintain brand integrity.
- Ensure all designs comply with copyright laws.
- Accept full responsibility for any custom materials created.
- Promotions must comply with UK advertising laws.
Key UK Advertising Guidelines for Supplements:
- Do not claim supplements can cure, treat, or prevent any disease (Medicines Act 1968).
- Claims must be truthful and backed by scientific evidence (UK ASA – Advertising Standards Authority).
- Health claims must be in line with the EU Register of nutrition and health claims (still enforced post-Brexit).
- Use of words like “safe,” “guaranteed results,” or “no side effects” should be avoided unless legally supported.
- Affiliates must disclose they may earn a commission on promoted products (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008).
5. Account Termination We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- There is damage to the 10Reps brand or reputation.
- There is a breach of these Terms of Service.
- The affiliate remains inactive for an extended period.
6. Legal Compliance
- Affiliates must disclose affiliate links clearly when promoting (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable UK laws.
- The program is open to UK residents only.
7. Changes to the Affiliate Program
- 10Reps.co.uk reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program, or update these Terms of Service, at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard updates.
Disclaimer: By signing up for and participating in the 10Reps Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of outstanding commissions.
