Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe), PayPal, Klarna, and SumUp (for face-to-face transactions).

PayPal Pay in 3 – eligible customers may spread the cost of their purchase into three interest-free monthly payments.

Please note that the availability of instalment or deferred payment options is subject to the approval of the relevant provider (PayPal or Klarna) and their terms. We do not determine eligibility and are not responsible for any agreements made between you and these providers.
4. a) Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Policy: Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. However, this does not guarantee next-day delivery.
- Next Day Delivery* This does not guarantee next day delivery and is based on products ordered before 3pm between Monday and Friday for the best delivery times. Weekend delivery and public holiday times can take longer.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary and depend on the selected shipping method and the courier service. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery Area: We currently ship only within the UK.
4. b) Local Pickup Terms
- Local Pickup Availability
Local pickup is available for online orders collected in person at our designated pickup location.
- Pickup Location
All local pickup orders must be collected from:
Snap Fitness, Quay Street, Fareham, PO16 0BU
- Pickup Times
Local pickup is available Monday to Thursday only, between 4:30pm and 8:00pm.
Orders are typically ready for collection on the next working day (Monday to Thursday).
- Collection Requirements
Customers must collect their order in person during the stated pickup times.
Orders cannot be collected outside of these hours.
- Uncollected Orders
If an order is not collected within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus any non-refundable costs where applicable.
- Changes and Exceptions
We reserve the right to change pickup availability, times, or location where necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the customer where possible.

6. Clothing Disclaimer
- We cannot guarantee how long the print will last on the clothing we produce. Factors such as washing, drying, and general wear may affect the durability of the print. Please follow care instructions to prolong the lifespan of the print.

- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur from the use of gym accessories sold on our website. Customers are advised to use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
