What is The 10 Reps Refuel Bar?
We are a small bar located in Snap Fitness in Fareham, providing freshly made protein shakes, healthy and delicious smoothies, energy drinks and other high protein snacks to help you reach your protein or health goals.
Our Refuel crew can be found every Monday to Friday evening.

Our protein shake and fruit smoothie bar can be found inside of the Snap Fitness Gym in Fareham.
Our Fruit Smoothies
You can choose through 5 pre made smoothie choices, all create for taste, health and giving you a great mix of fruit, veg and protein.
We also have a create your own choice. Here you can pick 3 choices of fruit/veg, a mixer like yogurt, juice, coconut water and other mixing liquids.
All of our drinks are made fresh to order and have the calories labelled if you are calorie counting.
Protein Shakes
Our protein shakes are not only tasty but also Gluten Free, Preservatives Free, Low in Sugar and Pal Oil Free! We also provide vegan protein options with alternative milk options also such as Oat, Soya and Almond.
Its your choice how you want it! You can have it mixed with water, milk add additions like kinder Bueno, ores, Biscoff or even Greek yogurt or berries.

Not a member of Snap Fitness in Fareham? You can still head in to order a protein shake, smoothie or ice cold GHOST energy drink. Press the bell by the front door and ask the reception staff to point you towards the 10 Reps Refuel Bar.
