4. Refunds

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Product name(s).
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items. If you would like a replacement, please indicate this when contacting us.

8. Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the item must be returned as per the conditions outlined above.
