• Instalment Options:

  • PayPal Pay in 3 – eligible customers may spread the cost of their purchase into three interest-free monthly payments.

  • Klarna – eligible customers may choose to pay later or in instalments, in accordance with Klarna’s terms and conditions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. However, this does not guarantee next-day delivery.
• Next Day Delivery (sometimes referred to as Tracked 24 Delivery, or 24 Tracked Delivery) is based on the Post Office 24 tracked delivery. This does not guarantee next day delivery and is based on products ordered before 3pm between Monday and Friday for the best delivery times. Weekend delivery times can take longer.
• 48 Hour Delivery (sometimes referred to as Tracked 48 Delivery, 2-4 day delivery or 48 Tracked Delivery) is based on the Post Office 48 tracked delivery. This does not guarantee 48 hour delivery and is based on products ordered before 3pm between Monday and Friday for the best delivery times. Weekend delivery times can take longer.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary and depend on the selected shipping method and the courier service. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Orders over £79.99 qualify for free 2-4 day delivery.
• Delivery Area: We currently ship only within the UK.
• Free & Same Day Delivery to PO12 & PO13 Areas: This applies to any orders made between Monday and Friday and ordered before 6 PM. Any orders after 6 PM may then be delivered the next working day. Same-day delivery will typically be delivered between 6 PM and 9 PM. But this is not a guarantee.
