A compact gym known for its range of classes.

This busy gym in Gosport is great value for money! Starting at just £12.99 for your first month and renewing at around £21.99 (at the time this was written) its probably the best value you can get for that price.

The gym is split into 3 main areas.

The first area is the leg area as you first come in. This has all needed leg equipment and weights in one area. The space is small but used well.

The second area is the main weights room with a small mezzanine. Size wise its not massive and due to that the machines are fairly close together. They still however include a good range of equipment for basic training. Including a large and small cable machine, incline and normal bench. Three benches near free weights, assisted pull up/dip machine, squat racks and smith machine. There are some machines that could make this gym hit a better ratting but for basic training its got what you need.

The third room is the “class” room. This is available to use when classes arent on and has some dumbbells, cardio equipment, hoops and boxing bag.

Over-all all its great for the price! It does unfortunately lack in some equipment and size wise, perhaps the size could be used differently as the way its all split up makes it seem like each area is fairly small.

The darkness makes it a little harder if you like to take photos, record or post your progress as its so dark that images come out very grainy. Changing rooms are a bit too open to everyone as they have one shares place to hand your things leading straight to showers.

Parking is very limited and hard to get in and out when busy but you can make do with the Asda car park right next to the gym.
