A brilliant gym with fantastic equipment, space and staff!

This gym is beautifully well rounded. It has a huge amount of space and is divided between 2 floors. Floor one is compromised mostly of the weighted machines, free weight areas and most of the lifting equipment for the gym.

They have a great selection of equipment including 6 squat racks! Meaning someone is using the piece of equipment you need, simply adjust the rack with a bench and you an have a bench or shoulder press in minutes.

Downstairs also includes a sort of kitchen area with seating for filling your bottle, cleaning your bottles or just sitting down and eating your pre or post work out food.

Upstairs is just as large as downstairs, this is compromised of the recovery section, cardio machines, a spin room, a more private class room and the changing facilities.

The recovery section has some fantastic equipment in, this includes massage guns and heated rollers. On request you can also (and for free) ask for the leg compression/decompression sleeves.

Great equipment upstairs with a huge amount of space for weight slay pull/push, cardio equipment and much more.

The changing rooms have got to be one of the best ones in the area. Each changing room comes with its own private shower, heated floor and mirror. Outside the rooms you have hair dryers and straighteners.

All together a fantastic gym.
