Small gym with all the equipment you could ever need!

Train and gain has a fantastic rage of equipment. Specialist equipment and things you wouldn’t see in huge gyms. This comes as the owner are gym users themselves and do their research.

The gym is compromised of the main gym area, and a smaller room for classes or boxing, including lots of different bags for practise.

The size of the gym is one of the main downfalls, it has so much equipment in the space that it is hard to move around and you are always in very close proximity to others. And as it has such great equipment there is always people at the gym making it feel always quite busy.

Parking (as of time of writing this) is quite hard, its essentially on the road outside which is shared by garages and other businesses and is normal full.

Unfortunately there isn’t any changing rooms, apart from 2 toilets right in the entrance in the reception area.

Its immaculately clean, whilst working out you will often see staff cleaning and its kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

This is a fantastic 24/7 gym. It has a huge range of equipment that other gyms simply don’t have. Is runs classes, has boxing practise areas and lovely staff. The only down sides are the size, parking and lack of changing rooms.
