The DPD delivery experience

Most orders are sent using DPD Next Day. DPD tracking helps you see the progress of your parcel and normally provides a delivery window on the morning it is due.

One-hour delivery window

DPD will normally provide an estimated one-hour window on the morning of delivery.

Public holidays, severe weather, courier disruption, unusually high parcel volumes, remote postcode areas, incorrect address information and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times. Orders placed after 3pm, during weekends or on public holidays are normally processed on the following working day.

When should my order be dispatched?
Orders placed and successfully paid for before 3pm Monday–Friday are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends or on public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
When will I receive my DPD tracking information?
DPD will normally send tracking and an estimated one-hour delivery window on the morning your parcel is due. Notifications depend on the email address and mobile number entered at checkout.
Why has my order been sent with Royal Mail?
Depending on the product's stock location, parcel size, destination or operational requirements, we may use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or another suitable tracked service. Your order remains fully supported by 10 Reps.
Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Yes. Products held at different UK stock locations may be dispatched separately. This means parcels can arrive at different times, but you will not be charged an additional delivery fee for an unrequested split shipment.
I have not received a tracking message. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder and make sure the contact information on your order is correct. DPD tracking is often sent on the morning of delivery rather than immediately after purchase. Please contact 10 Reps if your expected delivery day has arrived and no tracking information is available.
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I cannot find it.
Check the tracking record, delivery photo, nominated safe place and nearby neighbours. If the parcel still cannot be located, open a support ticket and provide your order number so that 10 Reps can investigate with the courier.
Do you deliver to remote UK locations?
We deliver within the United Kingdom, but delivery speeds and courier availability can differ for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore destinations and other remote postcode areas.
Who should I contact about a delivery problem?
10 Reps remains your point of contact for the order, delivery, returns and customer support. You can submit a ticket through our dedicated support portal without needing to create a shop account.
