CNP Professional Pro Recover is a post-workout recovery formula combining protein and carbohydrates in a convenient shake designed for use after training.
Each 80g serving provides approximately 21–23g of protein and 45–47g of carbohydrates, depending on flavour. The formula uses dextrose monohydrate as its primary carbohydrate source alongside a protein blend of whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, while carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise when consumed at the required intake.
Pro Recover also contains DigeZyme® digestive enzymes together with vitamins C and E. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the immune system, while vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
